Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan has no cost and therefore no refund applies. You can use it indefinitely without any payment.

2. Paid Plans — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as described below.

3. Common Refund Scenarios

Eligible for Refund
• First-time upgrade within 14 days
• Service outage lasting >24 hours
• Duplicate charge due to billing error
• Annual plan cancelled within 30 days of renewal
• Feature advertised but unavailable
Not Eligible
• Requests after 14-day guarantee period
• Partial months of service already used
• Downgrade from Pro to Free
• Account suspended for Terms violation
• Forgetting to cancel before renewal

4. Annual Plans

Annual plan payments are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After 30 days, we may offer prorated credit for unused months at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

If you switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan mid-cycle, no refund is issued for the remaining annual period.

In cases where a full refund is not applicable but we acknowledge a service disruption or issue, we may offer service credits (extra subscription time) as an alternative resolution. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated. We will work quickly to resolve any billing issues fairly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be communicated via email and posted here with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your payment applies to that transaction.
